Community Stream Repairs – Project Update

We wanted to provide you with an update on the ongoing stream restoration work taking place throughout the community.

Back Stream:
Repairs to the back stream have now been fully completed. As a result, this stream is currently drained and undergoing a full cleaning/ Refilling to restore its appearance and functionality.

Middle Stream:
Repairs are still in progress on the middle stream. At the upcoming Board meeting this Wednesday April 23, 2025, the Board will be reviewing a proposal to drain and clean the middle stream once the remaining repairs are finalized.

Front Stream:
The Association’s lighting vendor will be attending the meeting to present a proposal for rewiring and related electrical work, now that the City and SoCal Edison have issued the required permits. Once the electrical systems are restored, the stream vendor will move forward with pump and motor repairs/replacements. Following those repairs, this stream will also be drained and cleaned.
