Woodwork/Painting Project
As part of compliance with California Senate Bill 326 (SB326), we will be initiating a Woodwork and Painting project to ensure the safety and longevity of the community’s structural components. SB326 mandates regular inspections and necessary maintenance of exterior elevated elements (such as balconies, decks, and walkways) in condominium communities.
The project is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025, and is expected to last approximately 18 months. During this time, contractors will be performing essential repairs, refinishing wood surfaces, and applying protective paint coatings to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal.
