New Pest Control Vendor – Lloyd Pest Control

Dear Homeowners,

We are pleased to inform you that, effective May 1, 2025, Lloyd Pest Control has been contracted as the community’s official pest control vendor.

Lloyd Pest Control will begin service by installing all Board-approved bait stations throughout the community on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Ongoing service will take place every Tuesday, which will be the designated pest control day moving forward.

For interior pest control services, homeowners may contact Lloyd Pest Control directly to schedule a visit at a discounted rate of $30.00. To make an appointment, please call 800-223-2847.

We appreciate your cooperation as we transition to this new vendor and look forward to continued improvements in service.

Emergency Services

Action provides Emergency services between the hours of 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

All calls are routed to the after hours service and taken in order as received. A message will be taken and will be distributed to an on call Manager.  You will receive a call from the Manager and they will assist you.

If this is related to any utilities please call them first as they will have updated information.

All tenants will need to contact the owner at all times for any issues at the property.  If the owner is not available for an emergency please advise the on call Manager.
