Please note that the Orange Blossom pool and spa are closed for re-plastering. Once the project is completed, the Tangelo pool and spa will be re-plastered as well. During the closure of the Orange Blossom pool and spa, please feel free to use the Tangelo pool as it is heated.
It has been brought to the attention of the Board of Directors that residents are speeding through the community at dangerous speeds. Please be reminded that the speed limit is 10 mph. If you witness a resident speeding, you may report them to Peggy Shaw at Action Property Management and a violation letter will be sent to the resident immediately, this is dangerous and we do not want anyone in our community hurt.
There are many of you who have already picked up your new parking hang tags, thank you. There still are quite a few that have yet to pick them up.
The Board of Directors has approved a final extension deadline to pick them up. The final deadline is 11/30/19. Please keep in mind that Action Property Management’s office is closed to observe the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th. So you will need to pick them up by 3:00pm on Wednesday, November 27th.
