Please note that the HOA has hired a new security/patrol company.  We are in the process of changing hang tags and will notify the residents when the exchange will take place.  Please continue to use your current hang tags, as the parking enforcement will remain the same.

We are experiencing a lot of construction material being dumped into our dumpsters.  The disposal company will not pick these items up nor does Strategic Sanitation due to the excess weight.  If you are having construction done in your unit, your contractor must haul away the debris.
