Please remember to break down your boxes and if you are having any construction being done in your unit, please remind your contractors that the debris needs to be hauled away and not placed in our dumpster.  We have incurred added costs for a few months to have it removed.  The disposal company will not pick up the dumpsters if they notice this material in it.  If we are aware of who is doing it, we will be passing along the added costs to the unit owner.

We hope that you have noticed some landscape improvements within the community.  Sunset Landscape is doing a great job at updating the plantings within the community.  We also have had numerous residents contacting us concerning the Egyptian Geese, contrary to what some residents have told us, they are indeed protected.  We contacted the Irvine PD, and they stated they cannot be moved and that they should be migrating soon.  We know that they leave a huge mess and we are addressing this with our janitorial service to conduct separate clean-ups as necessary.

The Board of Directors has approved a Community Wide Yard Sale for Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 7AM – 1 PM.

Realtor Donna Gillespie will be running ads and mailing the residents.  The posting location will be 290 Orange Blossom, and the green belt will be used for the yard sale.
